Vi var duktiga medborgare idag och åkte till återvinningsstationen för att göra oss av med några veckors samlingar. Båda undrade vi varför containrarna för glas har så pyttesmå hål? Det tar lång tid att få in varje burk/flaska genom dessa små hål. Med så mycket personal på plats, som kan kolla att man gör rätt, så kunde det väl vara helt öppna containrar istället.
We were good citizens today and went to the recycling dump to get rid of the last weeks' collections. We both wondered why the containers for glass have so narrow holes in them? It takes a long time to get each jar/bottle through these small holes. With so much staff on the premises, who can check that you are doing the right thing, they could offer completely open containers instead.
